An Overview on Current Technologies for Assisted Living

The paper presents an overview on the main technologies recurring in assisted living. Specifically, the attention is focused on Compressed Sensing architectures adopted to acquire biosignals, depth sensors used in activity recognition and fall detection, exoskeletons employed for mobility assistance, virtual reality interfaces exploited for motor-cognitive function and well-being.
