Screening System for Diagnosing Cardiovascular Diseases in Patients with the Frailty Syndrome

The article is devoted to increasing quality of diagnosis and adverse outcomes risk assessment of cardiovascular diseases in patients with the frailty syndrome. Complex assessment of patient’s condition taking into account the comorbidity and prognosis of possible complications in patients with the frailty syndrome is an actual task. Improving quality of cardiovascular screening in the frailty syndrome achieves by applying suggested system based on digital twin of the heart. Digital twin of the heart based on concept of noninvasive determination of electrophysiological properties of the heart, consists in reconstruction the spatial and temporal characteristics of the electrical activity of the heart. To confirm efficacy of developed system, a comparative assessment of known and proposed methods is performed with using of ROC-curve and AUC area in the curve. Studies shown that proposed method allows improving an efficacy of screening and assessment of risk of cardiovascular outcomes in patients with the frailty syndrome more than $10 \%$ with traditional methods.
