Approbation and Evaluation of the Ergonomic Characteristics of the System for Noninvasive Rapid Diagnosis of Periodontal Tissue State

The article describes experimental studies of the developed system for assessing the condition of periodontal tissues. During the experiments, the ergonomic properties of the developed system were evaluated. When evaluating the ergonomic characteristics of the diagnostic sensor, it was found that $90 \%$ of doctors, when working in the frontal area of the jaw, encountered difficulties in positioning plane-parallel electrodes in the frontal part of the upper jaw. At the same time, $65 \%$ of patients experienced discomfort and pain when fixing the diagnostic sensor in the area of the incisors and canines of the upper jaw, which is due to the peculiarities of the anatomical structure of this area. As a result, in order to eliminate the shortcomings identified during the testing of the experimental sample, a design of a specialized diagnostic sensor for examining the frontal area of the upper jaw was developed. To eliminate the above disadvantages, the electrodes were moved to the longitudinal axis of the sensor, and the overall length was also reduced by 32 mm. At the same time, the length of the working part was preserved.
