Coronary Heart Disease Diagnostic Screening System

Improving the quality of screening diagnosis of coronary heart disease is achieved by applying a decision support system built on the basis of a digital heart twin, a heart computer model, and a heart electrical activity model. The digital heart simulation double is based on the concept noninvasive determination of the heart electrophysiological characteristics, which consists in reconstruction of spatial and temporal characteristics equivalent to the heart electrical oscillators of the surface type and dipole type. It is proposed to implement the heart model by surface approximation based on Delaunay triangulation. To confirm the efficiency of the system, a comparative assessment of the reliability was performed for the known and proposed methods by the example of coronary heart disease diagnosis in the ECG stress test using ROC-curves and the area under these curves AUC. The studies showed that the proposed system allows increasing the efficiency of screening diagnostics by $10 \%$.
