Comparison of Functional State of Human Body before and after the Laboratory Practice Work

The functional state of the human body is an assessment that determines the level of vital activity of the body and its response to the load. Therefore, this estimate is very important of interest. Modern methods of such an assessment are based on the analysis of individual body systems. This may result in missing deviations from the normal state of the unanalyzed system. It has been established that the electrokinetic properties of buccal epithelial cells reflect the onset of any inflammatory process in the human body. This study compares the functional state of the human body before and after laboratory studies, which was assessed using the electrokinetic properties of cells. It was revealed that the zeta potential of students’ cells taken before the start of practice was significantly lower than after classes, which indicates a connection between the work of sensory systems and the electrokinetic properties of buccal epithelium cells.
