WD2.4 Broadband Microwave Photonic Filter with Full Reconfigurability and GHz-Level Tuning Speed

We experimentally demonstrate a user-defined time-varying microwave photonic filter for nonstationary signal manipulation, with rapid tuning speed (1.3 GHz), fine resolution (1.3 GHz), and broad frequency bandwidth (>23 GHz). The device features full reconfigurability by electronically programming the spectral response.
