Parameter Extraction from SCLC Transport Mechanism in MIS RRAM Structures

In this work we study the SCLC transport mechanism in MIS RRAM structures. We extract the relevant transport parameters using an analytical model and analyze the energy distribution of traps for different temperatures. We show that using our methodology, useful parameters can be obtained that can help interpret the data and understand the physics of devices.
