Lyapunov-Based Complex Vector Control of Grid-Following Inverter with Power Tracking Scheme

This paper proposes a Lyapunov-based digital method that consists of main circuit and power flow controls. First, state equations for the main circuit by the complex vector theory and power flow equations based on a low-pass filter are derived. Two separate Lyapunov functions of digital types are defined for the subsystems because of different time rates, and their time differences are controlled to be negative definite. The output current reference generated from the power control is given to the main control. The control design method and an application example are shown.
