Performance Enhancement of BNNS/NFC Modified Three-Layer Insulating Paper

Extra-high voltage bushing faces severe heat dissipation demand during operation, which puts forward higher requirements on the thermal conductivity, mechanical and electrical properties of insulating paper. In this paper, the laminated design method is combined with nanomaterial body doping modification technology to design BNNS/NFC modified sandwich structure insulating paper. The doping of BNNS significantly improves the thermal conductivity of the insulating paper, and the thermal conductivity coefficient is increased by up to 15.82%. The sandwich structure and the nano-fillers also have obvious effects on improving the mechanical and electrical properties of the insulating paper, and the tensile strength of the modified paper is increased by up to 20.4%, the AC breakdown field strength is increased by 26.58%.
