Research on AI Algorithm to Improve Visual Communication Fidelity in the Meta-universe

This paper focuses on the key role of artificial intelligence technology in constructing and optimizing meta-universe visual experience, especially the cutting-edge algorithm research in improving the fidelity of visual communication. With the rise of the concept of meta-universe and the deepening of practice, immersive virtual environment has put forward higher requirements for the realism and delicacy of visual effects. We explore a range of AI-based image generation, rendering and optimization algorithms, including but not limited to deep learning-driven super-resolution technology, physics engine combined lighting simulation algorithms, and machine learning-based real-time scene understanding and dynamic adaptation strategies. Through in-depth analysis and empirical experiments, we show how these AI algorithms can help improve texture details, light and shadow effects, realistic character movements in the meta-universe, and even achieve real-time visual adjustments based on user behavior and environmental changes. At the same time, the paper also discusses the possible challenges and potential solutions of these technologies in the future development and application of the meta-universe, and strives to provide theoretical support and technical reference for the construction of a more real, vivid and intelligent meta-universe visual environment.
