Graphene Enhancement – Carbon Nanotube Vacuum Tube Diode RFID Tag

nanotube (CNT) field emission device was designed, assembled, characterized, and tested. Its field emissions are well documented. A graphene enhanced CNT device where CNTs are grown directly on top of graphene (instead of silicon), with the original device’s parameters, is designed, assembled, and briefly characterized. The enhanced device’s field emissions show the device’s current density is greater and the electric field is less. Once the device is made, characterized, and heat tested, it is assembled into a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag. Its radio frequency (RF) parameters are characterized in an antenna system.
