Design, Training, and Branching Scenarios: Building Bridges through Different User Experiences

Branching Scenarios are used as instructional strategies in professional and educational training, although it does have challenges when trying to move the approach to professional communication training. This paper introduces the concept of branching scenarios, identifies and acknowledges challenges this approach has when moved to professional communication, and offers ideas that professional communications instructors could use to add branching scenarios strategies into their courses.
