Research on Collaborative Optimization of Power Grid Investment Based on Hybrid Cuckoo Algorithm

In order to adapt to the differentiated development of regions and realize the integration of multiple services in the power grid, a cooperative optimization model of power grid investment is constructed with, taking the maximum investment efficiency and the minimum investment risk as the optimization objectives, and comprehensively considering the factors of power grid investment efficiency, investment risk, and investment carrying capacity. Aiming at the shortcomings of slow convergence speed and poor population diversity in the late evolutionary stage of Cuckoo Search, a hybrid cuckoo algorithm is proposed to solve the problem, which improves the convergence speed and accuracy of the algorithm by referring to the differential evolution algorithm and the quadric interpolation operator. Finally, the superiority of the hybrid Cuckoo Search in solving the grid investment optimization model is verified through typical scenarios and comparison with other algorithms.
