Human-computer Interaction Interface Design and Implementation for Locomotive Wiper Test-bed

The integration, modularization and intelligentization of the main locomotives such as harmonious locomotive in China railway transportation are getting higher and higher. The wiper of harmonious locomotive is controlled by electricity and wind, which have many parameters to be measured and data to be tested. In this paper, through the analysis of windshield wiper maintenance requirements, the pressure, action test two modes are given, of which the parameters are designed. The control function points are obtained through the study of the working logic of the test equipment. The man-machine interface is set up according to the test parameters and control function by the software of upper microcomputer, and the man-machine interaction function of locomotive wiper tester are realized in nature.
