Research on Data Governance Strategy Based on Data Center in Power Industry

Under the New Normal, Energy Transformation, power system reform, “Big Clond” new technology, making the Traditional power marketing customer service system has been unable to adapt to the increasingly complex user needs. Aiming at the problems of channel business overlapping, business vertical separation of each unit, and service level of common class not intersect, the architecture design of Operation Support platform is studied. On the whole, based on the data center platform, it constructs the whole channel operation support platform architecture including Operation Activities, Operation Channel management, Operation Monitoring and early warning, the deployment mode and business content are also studied. The study results show that the framework covers all aspects of the electricity market and provides support for content operation, activity operation, channel operation and enterprise information management, at the same time also reduces the system’s repeated development and functional overlap.
