Construction and Application of C University Resource Evaluation Model Based on Neural Network Perspective

This study takes University C as an example to establish a resource performance evaluation model by setting resource evaluation indicators. The neural network method is used to determine the relationship between resource input and output of each college of University C, and the cluster ranking results of input and output two-dimensional data based on specific clustering standards are used. With the goal of minimizing deviation, genetic algorithm is used to optimize model parameters and build the optimal performance evaluation model.
