Design And Implementation of Intelligent Power Controller for Distribution Automation Terminal

The reliability of the power supply system directly affects the reliability of the distribution automation system. In response to the high reliability and easy maintenance requirements of the distribution automation terminal for power supply, this paper designs an intelligent power controller. The device adopts a modular design, mainly composed of MCU module, AC power management module, battery management module, supercapacitor management module, voltage sampling module and output power switch module. The software design uses an independent operating system for multitasking synchronous execution, ensuring fast response to tasks and stable operation. The intelligent power controller can measure, calculate and judge the key voltage, so as to realize intelligent energy scheduling, intelligent charge management, intelligent power supply control and other functions. It has the advantages of strong dynamic output ability, stable and reliable operation, visible state and intelligent controllability, and effectively improves the operational reliability of distribution automation terminal.
