BIT Index Analysis Approach for Aerospace Products Considering the Whole Mission Phases

In order to solve the problem that the existing technology for determining the test indicators does not comprehensively consider the characteristics of the use sequence and design cost of various BITs of aviation products in each task stage, and cannot reflect the impact of BIT indicators on the whole mission of the product. This paper proposes a method to determine the build-in test rate and an build-in test method for aviation products, including: obtaining the top-level design rate of aviation products, and it was input into the preset build-in test rate demand model of the full mission phase of the aviation product, and the build-in test rate of the mission phases of the aviation product was obtained. The whole task phase includes several sub-task phases. The build-in test rate model of the whole mission phase of aviation products is obtained by constructing Petri nets based on the test and maintenance process information in each sub-mission phase. The build-in test rate requirement model of the whole mission phase of aviation products is the condition of the model based on the top-level design rate and the objective function of the model based on the design cost of build-in test. Finally, an example analysis using data from an aircraft shows that the method proposed in this paper is effective in improving test rate of aviation product.
