Research and Design of Field Verification Device for Temperature and Humidity Controller of High Voltage Switch Cabinet

The temperature and humidity controller has become a standard secondary instrument for switch cabinet manufacturers, mainly used to prevent condensation when the switch cabinet is working in a low-temperature and humid environment, thus realizing the regulation of the internal ambient temperature of the switch cabinet. Once the performance of the temperature and humidity controller is lost, it will cause condensation inside the switch cabinet, leading to insulation breakdown and other adverse events, therefore, it is proposed to research and design a field verification device for temperature and humidity controller of high voltage switch cabinet, which uses ultrasonic humidifiers, resistance heaters, and small fans to form a temperature and humidity environmental chamber with adjustable temperature and humidity, which is used to simulate the real temperature and humidity environment, and achieve the comparison test of performance parameters between the measured temperature and humidity sensors and standard temperature and humidity sensors, and can also achieve the performance verification of in-service temperature and humidity controllers, ensuring timely screening and updating of failed temperature and humidity controllers, which is of great significance for ensuring power supply safety.
