Feature Factors that Influence Human Health in Smartwatches

This research aims to determine the functions of smartwatch features on people's health. The research method used is a quantitative method, with purposive sampling research techniques as part of non-probability sampling. This research has several variables in smartwatch features such as Blood Pressure Monitor (BPM), Heart Rate Monitor (HRM), Move Alert (MA), Stress Level (SL), Sleep Tracking (ST), Hydration Tracking (HT), Saturation Level (STL), and Body Battery (BB). Data obtained from distributing questionnaires with GForm was 404 respondents. The research model used is a modified TAM model and was analyzed using SmartPLS 4 and Microsoft Excel. The research results show that Blood Pressure Monitor (3,857), Heart Rate Monitor (3,160), and Move Alert (4,890) have a significant influence on human health when using a smartwatch simultaneously. Other variables that do not have a significant effect on human health, such as Stress Level (1.354), Sleep Tracking (1.193), Hydration Tracking (1.595), Saturation Level (0.978), and Body Battery (1.922). It is hoped that the results of this research will help electronics companies develop smartwatch technology in the future so that the product quality and features provided can provide more targeted benefits for users of existing smartwatch technology.
