Digital Teaching Assistants: Application Experience and Assessment of the Level of Service at Universities

The topic of using digital assistants in education is becoming more relevant and significant in modern society. Teachers are faced with constantly changing requirements and expectations of students, as well as the need to effectively organize the learning process. In this regard, digital assistants are emerging as an innovative solution to cope with the challenges of modern education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the methods of using digital teaching assistants based on the experience of various universities and to develop an approach to assessing the level of service of digital assistants at the university.
