Study of Some Features of Organizing Work with Distance Learning Students

Any higher education institution is interested in attracting and retaining students. The reasons for choosing a particular university, further education and diploma defense directly depend on the quality of the educational process and satisfaction of the needs of applicants and students. The article analyzed the results of the survey “The quality of the educational process at Lipetsk State Technical University” and put forward proposals for improving the quality of the educational environment, including with the help of information technology.
