Open-Source Educational Materials for Photovoltaic Device Simulation with Pspice

This paper presents the educational material composed as a result of photovoltaic cell, module, and generator simulation with Orcad-Pspice over the last 20 years. Such a process resulted in a didactic app used for practical class purposes at different levels of education, in classroom and blended learning. The instructional materials have been made available to the open-wide educational community in open access mode via web page.
