Research on Higher Education Evaluation System Based on War Strategy Optimization Algorithms

A scientifically rigorous and rational teaching evaluation index system can promptly identify issues in higher education, guiding and refining it towards an ideal state. Consequently, developing an evaluation index system that aligns with the current developmental status of higher education is crucial for its advancement. This paper examines a systematic education evaluation system grounded in the current state of higher education and future work plans, further optimizing the index weights. Initially, a framework for the educational evaluation system is constructed, encompassing four primary dimensions along with their corresponding secondary and tertiary indicators. The weight proportions are determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), resulting in a comprehensive evaluation index system. The WSO-AHP algorithm model, based on the War Strategy Optimization (WSO) algorithm, is employed to optimize the index weights. Experiments demonstrate that our proposed method effectively addresses the limitation in the AHP method, where the weights and consistency indices cannot be improved once the judgment matrix is established.
