Power Optimized PV Microinstallation in the Field Condition Tests

This article presents comparative results of real-world long-term field measurements for a photovoltaic (PV) installation operating in a basic configuration, as well as equipped with power optimizer systems. For the controlled mismatch simulation, the PV installation was equipped with modules from different manufacturers, characterized by various parameters such as power, voltage, and current. The installation, prepared in such a way with diverse modules, was put into operation for a period of several months, during which it was meticulously monitored. As a result, actual conclusions about the applicability of this PV configuration scheme were formulated.
