Flexible Screen-Printed Temperature Sensor for Active Regulation onto Screen-printed Heater

This paper presents a complete electronical system for thermal regulation, mainly based on screen-printing processes. The screen-printed flexible sensor is laminated onto a flexible heater and bond to an Arduino board for the thermal regulation on the heater. The performance of the heater and the printed sensor will be explored. The study shows that the trade-off between the design and the commercial conductive ink allow a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of 0.0015 K
