Research on application detection method of bolt vibration time-frequency analysis

In the field of petroleum production detection, precise bolt vibration time-frequency analysis technology can simultaneously display the localized characteristics of the signal in the time domain and frequency domain. However, detection signals in industrial processes are often nonlinear and non-stationary. This article uses and compares four time-frequency analysis methods: short-time Fourier transform (STFT), wavelet transform, generalized S transform and Wigner-Ville distribution. The source of the data in this article is the measured data of the vibration detector of the oil fracturing pump truck. Through the analysis of the measured data results, it is found that the generalized S transform has relatively good time-frequency focusing and good cross-term suppression. In order to verify the breadth, this paper simultaneously analyzes the time-frequency results of three sets of data of the x, y, and z axes of the three-axis measurement channel. Through analysis, the superiority of the generalized S transform in processing bolt vibration signals is verified.
