RF Transceiver Wireless Design for Embedded Vehicle of Controller Area Network Bus Applications

We integrated a transmitter into the wireless RF for the Bluetooth module. The synthesized transmitter wireless comprises a 2-stage power amplifier, predistorter, RF distributed single-pole double-throw switching filter, and low noise amplifier with an antenna. The created transmitter shows a conversion gain of 13 dB, measured output of 1 dB, compression point of 2.7 dBm, and power added efficiency of over 20%. The low-noise amplifier exhibits a return loss of input as 10. 32 dB, return loss of output as 10. 77 dB, a gain of 8. 16 -13. 1 dB, the isolation of

, measured noise of 4. 48–7. 66 dB, and measured input Pian compression point of -13. 43- 5. 43 dB. The combined CMOS transmitter was fabricated on 0.18 urn processing. Bluetooth standards and cabless controller area network (CAN) buses are used for wireless communication to prolong battery life and save the power of embedded vehicles.
