Value Evaluation of Flexible Resources in Typical Application Scenarios of Novel Power System

The integration of large-scale renewable energy sources into the grid poses a dual challenge for the novel power system, encompassing the assurance of power supply and consumption. Therefore, it is crucial to fully assess the value of flexible resources under typical application scenarios to improve the security and economy of the system. Firstly, based on the characteristics of multi flexible resources, a value evaluation index system of flexible resources is constructed from the perspectives of technical value, economic value, application value and social value to meet the needs of flexible resources in typical application scenarios. Secondly, a value evaluation model of flexible resources based on improved AHP-EWM-WRSR is proposed, which considers the important roles of subjective judgment and objective data. Finally, a case is conducted by analyzing the operational data of flexible resources in a certain region. The results show that upward and downward flexible adjustment margins have the greatest impact on the value of flexible resources and energy storage has the most optimal flexibility adjustment capability.
