Abstract:
Mobile charging infrastructure encounters the same issues as traditional networks, such as long wait times, unreliable payment mechanisms, and operational inefficiencies. The paper presents “Smart Coins, Smart Charging,” an innovative IoT-based coin-operated system to overcome these challenges. The proposed system combines IoT technology and coin-operated functionality to provide a seamless, efficient, and secure charging experience. IoT-enabled charging stations, a centralized management system, and operator and consumer user interfaces are all critical components. The technology outperforms existing systems regarding coin acceptance accuracy, responsiveness, and user happiness thanks to meticulous design, development, and testing. Results indicate a significant improvement in coin accuracy rates (98%), reduced response time (50 ms), and enhanced user satisfaction ratings (Ease of Use: 8/10, Reliability: 9/10, Customer Support: 8/10). The “Smart Coins, Smart Charging” concept claims to transform mobile charging infrastructure, bringing ease, efficiency, and dependability to both customers and operators.
