Prediction of Lymphoma Cancer by Analyzing Histopathological Image using Machine Learning

The second leading cause of death is cancer. It arises when cells in the body grow abnormally. Now cancer has become new threat and cause major deaths and females are most likely to be affected. Cancer can be diagnosed using various methodologies like computerized tomography (CT), magnetic resources imaging (MRI) and others. Here we have taken histopathological images and have done pre- processing in order to reduce noise we have used median filter and for enhancement, we have used Top-hat. After that we have done segmentation and have extracted the feature and increased various parameters like mean, entropy, standard deviation etc. Finally, classification is done by combination of XGBOOST and LIGHTGBM algorithm and classified the stages of cancer.
