Optimal Scheduling of Industrial Loads in Chemical Park in Low-Carbon

Currently, the optimal scheduling of industrial loads is mostly considered as a whole, and the optimal scheduling lacks flexibility. In this context, this paper proposes an optimal scheduling method based on polysilicon flexible loads by analyzing the characteristics of polysilicon industrial loads. Firstly, the main load characteristics of each stage of polysilicon process are analyzed qualitatively, and the flexible load on the demand side is determined to be the load that can be shifted, transferred, and cut down, and a model of optimization scheduling of industrial loads in the chemical park containing wind and light storage, flexible loads, and basic loads is constructed, and with the objective function of maximizing the user's operating revenue, the Yalmip toolbox and Cplex solver are used for the solving, and three scenarios of industrial loads participating in scheduling are obtained. The simulation results demonstrate that engaging and coordinating flexible loads can notably diminish system operation costs, mitigate load peak-to-valley differentials, and alleviate peak electricity consumption pressures.
