Comprehensive Evaluation of Generation Source from the Perspective of Economic-Energy- Environmental System

Reasonable evaluation of renewable energy sources (RES) is of great significance to its planning decisions and improvement of operation, which is also one of the important links in promoting power generation resources. With the power market and carbon neutrality construction, the value of renewable energy sources tends to be diversified. This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation of renewable energy sources from the perspective of economic-energy- environmental system(3E system). First, based on the 3E system model, three criteria of RES are proposed including economic value, environmental value and energy value. Evaluation indices are also constructed to each criterion. Thus, the comprehensive evaluation index system including target layer, criterion layer and index layer is developed. Then, the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method are used to determine the index weight of criteria layer and index layer. Combined with recursive fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the impact of renewable energy sources on each part is evaluated comprehensively. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing and analyzing five types of power generation resources in a certain province of China.
