Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Field of Corporate Social Responsibility

The increasing importance of corporate social responsibility is getting recognized by the companies as the businesses are seeking accountability for their impacts on the society. Along with that, the advancement in artificial intelligence technology offers new opportunities to identify and address business-related issues more effectively. This research study explores the role of AI technology and provides a brief overview of all the possible advantages of using AI in CSR initiatives. For the efficient implementation of CSR initiative, the role of AI is explored through a literature review. The use of AI in CSR has various benefits such as better decision-making, cost saving, etc. However, there are certain limitations of the same, such as legal issues. By analyzing the challenges, this research study aims to provide suggestions for the proper implementation of AI in CSR. This research study concludes that, artificial intelligence has the power to significantly improve CSR activities, as it is very important to integrate AI with CSR responsibly and cautiously by considering legal factors and ensuring transparency and accountability.
