Polarization Classification with Artificial Neural Network in Electronic Warfare Systems

Polarization is an important parameter which characterizes an electomagnetic wave. In electronic warfare systems, it is considerably important to detect the polarization of incoming signals in order to identify the signal source and to perform electronic attack efficiently. In this paper, a simple structured neural network is proposed for the detection of polarization of radar signals.
