An Approach of Privacy-Preserved PQC-based Cyber-threat Intelligence System

Cyber-attacks have become high frequency and various events in daily life, which forces organizations changing cyber defense strategy. In order to prevent and defense attacks in time, organizations have to obtain outsourcing information, and sharing cyber-threat intelligence can provide organizations ability to defend ongoing or potential cyber-attacks. However, security and privacy of organizations should be noticed because cyber-threat intelligence is a kind of sensitive data for organizations. We design a privacy-preserved post-quantum cryptosystem-based cyber-threat intelligence system which can not only achieve important security features but resist attacks from quantum computers because of applying post-quantum computing. Moreover, blockchain is utilized to provide backtracking or checking records.
