Calculation Methods for Energy Conservation in Street Lighting

A calculation is a deliberate mathematical process that transforms one or more inputs into one or more outputs or results. A calculation method is a piece of the calculation framework. Diverse calculation method classes are used for different purposes. Purposes could be indicative calculations or precise results. Authors use deemed savings method for indicative calculations and measured savings for precise results for energy conservation in street lighting. Conventional scheme and energy conservation schemes (Dynadimmer Philips, Chronosense Philips, Part Night and adaptive lighting) are compared. The results will serve for design of management platform for IoT street lighting. The article is intended for students, professors and business managers.
