Engineering Methods for Calculating the Process of Filtration of Vegetable Oils under Ultrasonic Cavitation Conditions

The process of filtration of vegetable oils under conditions of ultrasonic cavitation is considered. The efficiency of use has been analyzed, and the prospects of using ultrasonic cavitation have been presented. The algorithm for processing the data obtained from experimental research during filtration under ultrasonic cavitation conditions is presented. Positive expectations have been confirmed by the results of theoretical research.
