Business decision-making in husbandry management

The paper makes a formal presentation of models, which are related to business modeling and optimization. The models allow to be quantified relations and defined problems and algorithms for managing a business entity. The models are devoted to optimal inventory management and the relationship of inventory parameters to revenue and production. Portfolio problems for the business management of the farm are derived. The models are empirically tested with real data from the ledger of animal husbandry.
