Two-criteria Study of the Fruit Separation Process During Mechanised Harvesting of Tomatoes Variety Bella

The processes of fruit separation and fruit damage during mechanized harvesting of Bella variety tomatoes were investigated. Controllable factors and optimization parameters are defined. The matrix of the experiment was constructed and a planned three-factor experiment was conducted. The results of the optimization of the regression model of fruiting in the studied regimes show that the fruiting exceeds $97.7 \%$ in the variety Bella and confirms its suitability for mechanized harvesting. The results of the optimization of the regression model of fruit damage under the studied regimes show that damage in the Bella variety can be reduced to $0.05 \%$. The equal response line diagram makes it possible to choose options for the operation mode of the tomato harvester.
