Implementing a Direct Connection Between Employers and Graduates by Means of a Web based Platform

The paper presents some of the ideas, implemented in a web-based platform that improves the relationship between employers and graduates. The structure and algorithm for effective communication between the two parties, simplifying the recruitment process and providing flexibility in scheduling meetings is presented. The communication includes registration, contact database, meeting scheduling, digital communication and strict security and privacy measures.
