Optimization on Installing Bracket for Fast Handling Trailer of Aircrafts

The installing bracket is the main load-bearing component of fast handling trailer. Its design plays a key role in the overall quality of fast handling trailer. In order to design the strength and rigidity to meet the requirements of light installing bracket, the paper uses the CATIA software of Dassault to establish the three-dimensional finite element modle of the installing bracket, analyzes it with the finite element analysis (FEA) based on the full load condition, obtains the distribution of stress and displacement. Accroding to the analysis results, the size of the maximum stess concentration part of the installing bracket is optimized, and its optimal design scheme is obtained on the premise of ensuring the strength and rigidity of the installing bracket. The results provide the theoretical basis for its optimal design.
