Study on Occupant Damage Analysis and Reliability Optimization under AEB and Active Seat Belt

AEB Chinese name for automatic emergency braking, is currently a vehicle safety protection device, and the air bag the same role. With the rapid development of our country’ s social economy, the living standard of our people is constantly improving. At present, every family basically owns a car, which causes great traffic pressure in the city, it also increases the probability of traffic accident, and AEB as a kind of vehicle safety protection device, the research on vehicle safety and personnel protection is concerned by the community. However, when an unavoidable collision occurs, the AEB safety protection device will, to a certain extent, cause a change in the posture of the driver or passenger of the vehicle, which will affect the protection function of the restraint system, therefore, in order to effectively prevent vehicle drivers and passengers in the accident occurred during the posture changes, the active seat belt appeared. Based on this, in order to further improve the safety factor of driver and passenger of the restraint system, and effectively realize the maximum safety performance of the restraint system, in this paper, the occupant damage caused by AEB and active seat belt is analyzed, and its reliability is studied.
