Forecasting method of process pump equipment based on grey theory

To effectively prevent failures, the historical data of process pumps is used to predict the operating states. For prediction small sample data, Grey theory can provide high accuracy predictive results. In this paper, grey theory model is used to predict the operational states of process pumps. Different optimization methods are applied to improve the basic grey prediction model to enhance the accuracy of predicting and analyzing process pump operational data. Finally, the simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
