Ship Energy Efficiency Prediction Method Based on Data Mining Techniques

Intelligent energy efficiency management is a key technology within the "Intelligent Ship Code" system released by the China Classification Society. It drives the smart and green development of ships by automatically monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing ship energy efficiency. Trailing suction hopper dredgers (TSHDs) are vital for tasks like port maintenance but are known for their high energy consumption. This study aims to explore TSHD energy efficiency deeply by utilizing data analysis techniques, including clustering algorithms and neural networks, to establish predictive models. Our goal is to optimize TSHD energy management, enhance operational efficiency, and provide technical support for the intelligent and green development of the maritime industry.
