A Study on the Digital Out-Building Survey Material Estimation Method for Low-voltage Power Connection Expansion

With the rapid development of the power industry, traditional Low-voltage Power Connection Expansion out-building survey methods that heavily rely on manual labor have proven inadequate to meet the evolving needs of the industry. Consequently, this paper introduces a digitalized out-building survey material estimation method for Low-voltage Power Connection Expansion, which utilizes trajectory coordinate information recorded by Geographic Information System (GIS) devices to compute a set of precise trajectory coordinates accurately describing the power lines. This enables the determination of detailed wiring routes for power connection expansion installations, followed by an estimation of the materials required for the entire installation process. Through numerical studies across four out-building trajectory scenarios, the feasibility of the proposed digitalized out-building survey material estimation strategy for Low-voltage Power Connection Expansion has been validated. Furthermore, comparative experiments against conventional strategies have been conducted, thereby substantiating the superiority of the proposed approach.
