Research and Application on the Cloud-Based Learning Management System

The utilization of e-learning technique is developing quickly because of the previous conditions where the virtual setups is replaced temporarily through classical classroom environments. The service infrastructure helps for e-learning have move to cloud. For this purpose, effective resources provision for those platforms is attained by the prediction which is relevance. The previous methods to predict the resource utilization in cloud are not developed with particular requirements of e-learning. In this research, proposed the Cloud-Based Learning Management System (CBLMS) method that provides the conceptual module of education management system in education institutions. Additionally, the research determined the expected outcomes of proposed CBLMS method that gives conductive environment for educators, academic staffs and admins and also dealing with much effective task needed for e-learning procedure like request to LMS navigations, media, text and video learning contexts. The proposed CBLMS method attained less Mean Absolute Error of 0.024 and Root Mean Square Error of 0.047 while compared to previous platforms like Modern Education IT system and Cloud Based e-learning.
