Utilization and Effect Evaluation of Wearable Smart Devices in Sports Training

Nowadays, the rapid development of the internet era not only makes people’s lives more convenient, but also enriches the technological devices used in the sports field. This not only allows athletes to have a clearer understanding of their physical condition and various sports indicators during sports training, but also can better improve the quality and effectiveness of training. Among various scientific and technological advancements, wearable devices are the fastest growing and most widely used. They have evolved from initial functions such as measuring heart rate and step counting to speed detection, navigation positioning, voice interaction, etc. This is a scientific and convenient method that can help athletes better conduct scientific and safe training. Starting from the actual situation of existing wearable smart equipment in China, this article studied its application value in the field of sports training and explored its future development, focusing on the application of existing wearable smart equipment in the field of sports training. The experimental results showed that although the scores of the 50m and 1000m runs were not as good as those of push ups and supine abdominal rolls, their P-value effect was significant, both less than 0.05.
