Design of a Servo Debugging System Based on STM32 Controller

Staring from the functional requirements of the servo debugging system, the design of a servo debugging system suitable for laboratory environments was carried out, focusing on the STM32 series controller and μC/OS-II operating system. The paper analyzes the applicability to the servo debugging system. Based on this, a design was made based on STM32407 and μC/OS-II operating system. A detailed hardware and software design was carried out for the servo debugging system. At the same time, to enrich the operation content, an upper computer system with good human-computer interaction function was designed. And position loop debugging test, speed loop debugging test and fault simulation were conducted separately. The results showed that based on the STM32407 microcontroller and μC/OS-II operating system. The servo debugging system has achieved good control effects in term of stability and speed, while also meeting the operational requirements of the laboratory environments.
