Research on Double Closed Loop Speed Control System of DC Motor Based on Matlab Simulation

In recent years, the AC speed control system for motors has gradually come into its own, but the DC speed control system is still favored for its simple structure and excellent performance. The DC motor double closed-loop speed control system can meet the dynamic performance requirements of the motor and realize fast starting and efficient speed regulation. In this paper, the parameters of the system are determined based on the core theory of DC motor double closed-loop speed control, and the corresponding control system model is constructed through the Simulink platform of MATLAB. And the modeling process mainly includes simulation and debugging of various modules of the system to ensure that the performance of the whole control system meets the expected design requirements. By analyzing the dynamic change process of the actual value curves of speed and current, it can be seen that the system shows excellent closed-loop speed regulation characteristics, with small speed overshoot and high accuracy. At the same time, the current regulator can effectively adjust the current to ensure that the maximum current value is within the preset safety range, so as to maintain the stable running state of the motor.
